Tammy Sons grew up with a father (Roscoe Tate) in the nursery industry, and it was passed down in 1985 to her and her spouse and business partner, Dennis Sons. Being a family-owned and operated mail-order nursery, Dennis and Tammy’s son Tristan oversees all the management and operational duties as well as an onsite supervisor. Their daughter Bailey is in the fulfillment center at the nursery, brings in fresh stock for orders placed, and is over quality assurance and a trainee in company management. Dennis and Tammy’s daughter-in-law Karastin supervises the office and business relations for employees and is the supervisor of all office personnel. Tammy states, “this is a family-owned and operated business with many other helpful personnel aiding the family with their responsibility not only to harvest premium quality plants but also to package and get them out to their new owners to make their landscaping beautiful.
