Co-Founders Maddie Grant and Jamie Notter are accomplished experts in workplace culture, and have discovered unique ways to turn culture into a tangible business tool you can use to create a well-run organization, allowing you to focus on the higher-impact activities. Jamie and Maddie founded their company in 2014 and have engaged in numerous culture-related ventures since then, including creating the WorkXO culture assessment in 2016.

Maddie Grant is an expert digital strategist and culture change consultant whose superpower is skillful shepherding of organizations through cultural and digital transformation. Prior to starting her culture consulting work at PROPEL, Maddie was the founder of SocialFish, a successful digital strategy consulting firm and home of one of the most visited and respected blogs written for nonprofit and association executives.

Jamie Notter is a culture strategist who helps leaders create amazing workplace cultures that drive breakthrough performance and impact. He brings twenty-five years of experience to his work designing and managing culture, and has specialized along the way in areas like conflict resolution and generations. A sought-after keynote speaker, Jamie also serves as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University.
