Champion Gym

For our ChampionKids ages 3-17, we offer 9 different martial arts and sports. Little Champion Superheroes (3-5 years) exposes the preschooler to all of what we offer, to scale for their age while developing gross motor, collaboration, confidence, focus, and other competencies. Junior Champions (6-11 years) get a choice of 6 different programs – Brazilian Jiujitsu, Taekwondo, Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, Boxing, and Kickboxing. Champion Youth (12-17 years) gets all of the Junior choices PLUS Commando Krav Maga and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) options.
There are several schedule options for each program and each ChampionKid gets 3 classes per week – 2 regular and 1 bonus for sparring or extra drills/help! On top of that, they get Champion Fun Night EVERY Saturday night from 6-8 pm! https://championgym.ca/program/champion-fun/ which is a wildly fun combination of Go-Karts, Lazer Tag, Freestyle Ninja Warrior, Fight Club Kidz, and more! For Adults, we offer over 240 classes monthly that include most of the classes above PLUS Yoga, 2 different boot camps, Circuit Training, Knife Yoga (Women’s Self Defence with a knife), Submission Grappling, a Weight Area, a Rock Wall, and an Open Gym. Adult members can do as many classes as they wish, train on their own, or take advantage of our Personal Training services in multiple arts and sports. We are open 7 days a week, with early morning to evening classes. Champion Gym also has The Champion Leadership Academy, a private school where students ages 6-17 can learn in an accelerated environment. Math, Physical Literacy, Language Arts (English, French, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese), Geography, Biology, Champion Shield (Self-Defence/Krav Maga), Architectural Writing, Leadership, Entrepreneurial Enterprise, and much more. Facilitated by a Dale Carnegie Graduate. All with no contracts and a free trial of all our classes to ensure the right fit!
