Marblewood homes is a new entrant into the property development space, having been formed in 2023, but coming with years of industry-wide experience in property development and management, residential and commercial acquisitions, sales and marketing, urban planning renewal with a blend of nature and many more skills and competencies that will make us competitive and relevant in today’s world.
Our mission to build a million affordable and luxurious homes in the lifetime of the company has placed a unique burden on us to employ every God-given natural resource, skillset, and hunger-for-excellence to create each home that will bear the fingerprint of its eventual owner.
Starting with our signature 4-phased estate, Yellow Oak Luxury Homes, we aim to surpass every identified standard in bringing to reality homes with a blend of technology and nature all wrapped into a lifetime of continuous ambience for each owner.
We are currently selling 300 sqm and 500 sqm plots of some of our valuable land to investors who will then build their dream homes according to our various prescribed and luxurious home designs, from bungalows to fully detached homes.
