Customers can visit the website and browse our boarders before making a provisional booking online. If the booking is accepted, they are invited to visit the boarders houme with their dog and ask any questions they may have. If they are happy to proceed and the boarder agrees, the booking is confirmed and a deposit requested to secure it.
Final payment is requested 14 days before the customer goes away and then on the day they drop the dog and all agreed items such as bed, food etc. and while the customer is away the boarder will send them pictures and videos to give them peace of mind that their dog is in good hands and happy.
The customer can cancel at anytime up to 14 days before they go away and the deposit refunded minus a small charge to cover fees and costs etc.
