Konnect Koncepts was founded by TJ Mauheni-Zacharias, a Māori entrepreneur with a vision to redefine how small to medium-sized businesses access HR and recruitment support. TJ brings over a decade of experience across the corporate, community, and iwi sectors. He’s a straight shooter, values-driven, and deeply committed to lifting the standard for outsourced services in Aotearoa.
Under TJ’s leadership, we’ve grown steadily on values, not hype. We don’t just tick boxes; we help businesses make better decisions, improve systems, and look after their people with integrity.

Simple, accurate, and compliant. We run payroll for businesses across sectors—ensuring staff are paid right, every time, and that holidays and leave are correctly calculated under NZ legislation.
