Our team is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy a type of rehab that has been found to be the most effective approach to muscle, joint, and nerve pain in hundreds of studies and clinical guidelines. We commonly refer back and forth with other specialists in our area and pride ourselves on being a primary point of contact for any muscle, joint, or nerve pain in the Mankato area.
We treat all muscle, joint, and nerve pain conditions including but not limited to: neck pain, headaches, migraines, dizziness/vertigo, tmj syndrome, whiplash, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, pregnancy related back pain, sciatica, pinched nerves, disc herniations, discogenic pain, pain that radiates into the arms or legs, shin splints, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, athletic injuries, fibromyalgia, sprains and strains, sport injuries, overuse injuries, joint pain and stiffness.
