Real Estate YouTube Channels That Kept Posting Got About 35 Views a Day. Quiet Ones Got Almost None.

Real estate YouTube channels that posted three or more videos over the summer got about 35 views a day in September. Channels that posted nothing got less than one, and about a third of real estate channels in Diib's data fell into that quiet group.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR BUSINESS

For real estate businesses, a YouTube channel only keeps earning attention while you keep feeding it. Channels that stopped posting for a few months were close to invisible, while steady posters drew a small but steady daily audience of potential buyers and sellers.

A YouTube channel that stops posting tends to go quiet fast. In Diib’s data, real estate channels that uploaded at least three videos over the summer got about 35 views a day in September. Channels that uploaded nothing got less than one.

What Diib measured

Using aggregated Diib data from 3,311 business YouTube channels connected to Diib, including 155 real estate channels, we counted how many videos each channel uploaded between July 1 and September 30, 2026. We then compared that with the channel’s average daily views across September. All figures are medians, meaning the typical channel in each group: half got more, half got less.

Real estate is ahead of most industries on simply showing up. About half (49%) of real estate channels posted three or more videos in the quarter, compared with 35% of all channels. And 37% posted nothing, compared with 53% overall. Among the real estate channels that went quiet, two in three got fewer than one view a day in September.

What this data can’t tell you

This shows a strong link between posting and views, not proof that posting alone causes them. Channels that post often may also have bigger audiences, better videos or more time to promote them. The groups for one or two uploads are small, so treat those numbers as rough.

One action worth taking

Pick a pace you can actually keep, like one short video a month on a listing walkthrough, a neighborhood or a common buyer question, and put the next three dates on your calendar now.
