The Amazon Twitter feed is also used to promote the company’s blog content, much of which provides small business guidance to people selling on the platform, as well as providing news about the many things and innovations in which the venture is engaged.

In spite of Twitter’s primary role as a content marketing platform rather than a channel for driving direct sales, Amazon uses it to build and engage a loyal following of customers and push as many as possible into the Prime membership program.

Pinterest
