Wood.ED Joinery was founded by Michael Eddy, whose career in the trade began with an apprenticeship in 1997. Since then, he has built extensive experience in joinery manufacturing, carpentry and further education, gaining recognised teaching qualifications alongside decades of practical industry knowledge. His combination of workshop experience and teaching expertise helps shape the standards and craftsmanship that define every Wood.ED Joinery project. Wood.ED is also home to the Wood.ED Academy, where individuals can develop their woodworking skills through practical tuition, machine training and workshop-based learning. While our joinery business focuses on manufacturing bespoke timber products, the Academy reflects our commitment to supporting the next generation of skilled craftspeople.
