Whistlehub was created by a guy called Jakob Noergaard after realizing that most corporate scandals, however costly they were, arose from very few issues that could have been prevented or stopped early if people would have had a trusted and reliable way to report them anonymously.

“It takes many people to build something amazing, but it only takes a few bad actors to ruin it, so it is very disproportionate, to be honest. It seems that the effects of negative actions weigh more than the effects of positive actions. Or in other words, it’s easier to destroy something than to create it. Hopefully, by helping organizations discover and fix severe issues as early as possible we can help them minimize the negative effects as well, so they can spend their time growing and improving their products instead of fighting lawsuits. This is good for society as well because more resources are spent creating value instead of destroying value”.
