We aim to enhance our clients’ professional and personal growth by challenging their assumptions, capitalizing on their strengths, and facilitating innovative thought processes. We explore challenges and obstacles that are holding them back. Often it can be a simple refocusing or mindset shift that can release improved business outcomes.

The coaching offered by Wheresmylunch is delivered through face to face assignment, or virtual zoom or teams calls. They are also starting to get interest in virtual reality which adds a different perspective to the coaching.
The clients that Wheresmylunch work with have benefitted from improved focus, improved awareness and decision making leading to an improvement of performance. They often work with leaders struggling with their position and not feeling worthy of their position. This ‘imposter syndrome’ is more common than people are aware of.
Working with founders, Wheresmylunch help them to understand their business better – from financial capability and performance to operational effectiveness. Often, they look at onboarding of new clients, and help to streamline processes. Other times, it is helping to craft the very joie de vivre of the business success and replay it.
The coaching is usually delivered by Simon Hague. Simon is a seasoned businessman who has worked across multiple sectors (from print, through manufacturing and chemicals to telecoms) and in various roles (from sales through operations to general management and leadership). As a qualified and accredited coach, Simon has also trained as a coaching supervisor and offers supervision and development to other coaches that want or need to improve their practice.
As a business, Wheresmylunch are also aware of our environmental responsibilities and carbon use.
In addition to direct coaching services, Wheresmylunch operates other ventures such as The Coach Zone and Mylunchtable, platforms that provide resources and development opportunities for coaches and individuals interested in personal growth and business strategy.
The Coach Zone offers support and growth opportunities for existing internal and external coaches through planned and unplanned development and supervision initiatives. Similarly, a weekly coaching newsletter with industry updates is enjoyed by hundreds of subscribers for free. ‘get COACHd on Friday’ is released at 6am every Friday morning.
MyLunchtable is a venture based on human capital and knowledge. We understand that there is significant capability in the human brain and its strength is connection, and not necessarily remembering. This platform is in its early stage of capturing thoughts of interest to become an interrogation platform form modern AI capability.
