The store is a Canadian company based in Ontario, Canada. We offer a huge variety of Canadian gifts and souvenirs, from birthday gifts and handcrafted jewelry to souvenirs and novelties.
We were one of the first online gift shops in Canada. We started out only selling high-end handmade silver jewellery, both local and imported, hence the name ‘What A Jewel’. We still sell handmade jewellery, but we decided to expand our store to include unique gifts and to try to source those gifts locally from local artisans, local manufacturers and companies.
We offer a wide range of unique gifts for family and friends and for all occasions. The gift items are sourced from artisans and small businesses from British Columbia to Nova Scotia. We operate online with worldwide parcel delivery but also have a parcel pick-up location in Thornhill (Greater Toronto Area). So anyone looking for a unique gift can browse the website and find the perfect gift.
