The pouches I use are fully recyclable, the little clear bags I use for favours are made from vegetable starch; and even the logo stickers are made from a special, biodegradable material.

I have many options to choose from. Customers can opt for a pre-mix which I have concocted myself, or they can choose the ‘create your own’ option and select from nearly 40 variants of sweet to build their perfect bag. The pouches come in sizes of 500g or 1kg.

I sell personal bags and gifts via my website, from which 5% of all sales go to the charity, Tommy’s. The money raised for them goes toward pioneering research used to save the lives of babies.

I also sell wedding favours which are hugely popular. These come in 125g portions or little 60g Kraft boxes. The couples can personalise the artwork on the stickers and specify any dietary requirements for their guests.

I fulfil wholesale orders internationally, and have been surprised by how popular my sweets are in America. They can also be purchased in shops in Canada and Latvia.

I sell my sweets in a few physical locations, predominantly in West London. Retailers are gift shops and deli’s.
