We had radio Jingles. then the other estate agents started Jingles. We bought and sold houses in Blackpool and London. Due to the number of estate agents going on line our returns were reduced.
Now we offer sales with walk round videos and “For Sale” billboard for £700 and put the Property and pictures on our front page. We now have expanded by selling may products in our shop and store. We have two shopping carts one based on SumUp and the other a Zencart. We had an earlier Zencart that did very well but dropped it in favour of Sumup. We have now reinstalled a new Zencart and filling it with products.
We still have a links page for local estate agents that we are building on. A rival Purple bricks charges over £2000. We only charge £700 with no commission.
