Our team, led by Chef/Owner Eric Vogel, has years of experience in the hospitality, restaurant & catering industry, and we have catered events of all sizes and types. From intimate dinner parties to large corporate events, we have the expertise and experience to handle any event with ease. Chef Eric has lived and studied in many different locations such as Germany, New Orleans, Providence, RI, Charleston, SC, Houston, TX, Pittsburgh, PA. He went to the famous Johnson & Wales University for culinary and hospitality management. He is married with two grown children, and he resides in St. Charles, Missouri. He sat on the board of directors for Friends of Kids with Cancer & the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce.
