All operators are encouraged to conduct internal audits at least annually to ensure their systems and processes are robust, we are happy to use our experience and knowledge to conduct those audits for you and in return we will give you straight talking and practical pragmatic advice on anything that needs to be changed or implemented to ensure compliance. We can also conduct audits if you are in a position you are having to appear at a public inquiry.

If you do find yourself faced with a disciplinary hearing from the /Traffic Commissioner we can assist in helping you prepare for the hearing and arrange someone to represent you if we feel it is required.
