The Agency was Founded in Sydney in 2005 with a very different approach to a market that was heavily set in strict aesthetics.
Rather than just focusing on aesthetics and dimensions, Royalle chose to celebrate a person’s uniqueness, nurturing excellence in them rather than conformity. As a result, we became the only modelling agency to offer commercial talent that were outside of the industry standards for dimensions and cultural aesthetics. This disruptive approach pioneered us into an agency of innovation and created the diversity standard for the modelling industry we know today.
Under the leadership of our founder, George Bastoli, Royalle Modelling became known for being an agency of family values that was home to an array of various cultures, nationalities and physical aesthetics.
With a passion for growth, creativity and innovation, the agency flourished from creative collaborations, into world wide campaigns for household name brands.

Our Founder/CEO, George Bastoli is also a modelling trainer and mentor at Modelle Academy. He has trained, developed, recruited and placed over 350, 000 models worldwide and has been an integral part of the Australian industry for over 15 years
