The company was founded by Angus Milner-Brown, MRICS, former Director and Business Development Director of Sotheby’s. He was head of their Scottish office, with expertise in British and Continental Furniture and Works of Art, Silver and Scottish Art.

Value4you is wholly owned by Covington Fine Art Limited, specialist Art & Antiques valuers. The company was founded in 2009 and is regulated by RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors)
