Tidy Advantage Cleaning

Tidy Advantage Cleaning is a locally started and run business in central Saskatchewan. Through our network of vetted and motivated providers, we serve Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman, and surrounding rural communities. Through this network of providers, we offer and aim for clear and transparent communication with our customers; cleaning is hard work, and we are determined to take good care of our valued cleaners, which in turn benefits our customers who each have their own unique goals and reasons for hiring us. Our current offerings include but are not limited to, residential general home cleanings, both one-off, or recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly; move-in cleaning and move-out cleaning; and new construction or post-construction cleaning. Part of what propelled us to start this company was the demand for reliable and trustworthy cleaners in our area. In general, these can be difficult to find. Moreover, there is a well-deserved and common conceptualization of the industry as low barrier-to-entry, i.e., many people have had negative experiences with regard to the reliability and quality offered by inexperienced or unaccountable independent cleaners. This is not always the case, of course, and many people have had great luck with smaller, independent cleaners. However, accountability and trust are not easy to acquire with all business models. At Tidy Advantage Cleaning, we recognize that the quality of our work matters for our brand and our company’s future. This means that every job matters to us; we want to get it right; we want to impress and earn our customers’ trust. Again, for us, this begins with treating our providers well. To this end, we share all profits with our providers and value long-term growth alongside them. We reward good work with increases in profit-sharing percentages, and monetarily reward positive customer interaction and customer feedback. We want to be customers’ first choice so that we not only help them achieve their goals but simultaneously raise the socio-economic status of our service providers.

Reliability and quality: our providers must all pass our interview process and vetting, including criminal record and background checks, reference checks, a minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience, and internal testing. If the quality of your cleaning is not up to your standards, we offer to come re-clean these areas within 24 hours of your appointment at no additional cost to you.

Accountability: as stated previously, we believe that long-term success is not possible without accountability. Accepting responsibility for our work means something, at all levels and positions at our company.

Integrity: as with accountability, integrity is a core value and recognized as a necessity for long-term success. We can’t expect customer or provider loyalty without honesty, empathy, and integrity in all areas of our business.

Empathy: we recognize that every single person we encounter, whether that is a customer, a customer’s neighbor, a provider, or a family member, is all going through unique struggles while having unique thought processes and varying life goals. Though we cannot be everything to everyone, we try and step into the others’ shoes, as it were, and offer what we are able to in ameliorating their unique pain points and struggles and help them as we can in our interactions and service offerings
