We provide affordable, accessible and bespoke counselling services providing an alternative solution to the traditional EAP services which many employers use. All of our Counsellors work for Therapy Centre Services, not as affiliates. All referrals are offered an initial counselling appointment within 24 hours. What makes us different is that we are a professional counselling service. We work with employers to be proactive offering support at the first sign of any employee struggling with their mental health, with a view to retaining them in the workplace. If an employee is currently signed off, we work closely with them to support them to return to work as soon as possible.
