After weeks of delay and several thousand dollars more out of pocket than originally predicted, their family got the house, but beyond that Laura got the idea to switch from a career in commercial real estate to residential real estate as she thought “I can do better”. Laura believes that knowledge enough isn’t enough in this industry. “We have the privilege of working with people on what is likely their largest investment and no one on this team takes that lightly. Not only are we experts in the local real estate market, but we have also aligned ourselves with the best people in the business from mortgage lenders to home inspectors, to contractors and title companies. There are few scenarios we haven’t seen in our 25 years but if we run across one, we have a team of experts on speed dial to resolve any roadblocks to your settlement.”
