The Marriage Guys, a new start-up brand, is shaking up the legal industry by making marriage contracts accessible and enjoyable for couples.

The company uses technology and real interactions with their friendly internal legal team to guide couples easily through the process of creating legal contracts, with a specific focus on wills and their marriage contract (or so-called pre- nup) either incorporating the accrual system or not.
The founders of The Marriage Guys saw a gap in the market for a more streamlined, and user- friendly and significantly more convenient approach to legal contracts for couples. They recognized that navigating legal documents can be overwhelming and intimidating for many, but also difficult to access given their time and leave limitations, and wanted to change that.
“We believe that every couple should have access to legal advice, especially given the legal significance of their choices.” said Matthew de Wet, co-founder of The Marriage Guys. “Our goal is to make the process of creating a marriage contract simple, non-threatening, incredibly convenient and as enjoyable as the rest of their wedding journey, while still providing the highest standard of legal protection.”
The Marriage Guys’ innovative approach includes a user-friendly website that guides couples through the process of booking a virtual consultation, the legal team drafting all the required paperwork and making it easy for couples to access legal advice and help from their own couch.
