Our Founder:

Hey, I’m Sara, founder of the Leadership Reformation and a leadership advocate, author and educator.

I have been helping people grow their leadership skills and discover answers for more than 20 years. I have two degrees in leadership from accredited universities and substantial experience leading sizable teams in a complex international organization. Furthermore, I have experience holding leadership positions in non-profit, private sector, and government organizations.

I assist professional women who are looking to effect change in their workplaces by reducing stress, addressing toxicity and creating a positive team atmosphere.

My mission is to help as many people as possible change their workplaces for the better. And I believe that starts with great leaders.
