The Hesser Foundation funds schools for improvised students in the Philippines.
Main Services:
We provide a student the money for one year for school charges and books, We provide those supplies needed for a hard-working student for a year.
These students come from isolated fishing and farming communities that are prone to natural disasters and do not have any minimum wage. When they cannot pay the fees they give up school and work for $2.00 per 10 hour day to help support their families. Since 2015 The Hesser Foundation has helped students stay in school by providing for their school fees and supplies.
Our local unpaid volunteers help the children with their school work individually and in study groups because their illiterate parents cannot.
