The Hartmont Candle Company features hand painted and hand poured 100% soy candles with wood wicks that crackle as they burn, as well as hand crafted and hand painted bath and body products such as milk bath bombs, bubble bars, lotions, lip balms and soaps. Attention is paid to being as natural as possible in all products while also creating products that have beautiful and accurate scent throw along with luxurious qualities.

Care and great detail was paid to the sourcing of ingredients and creating of unique and one of a kind products then. Just as much attention is paid to these details as the business has evolved from a brick and mortar location at the Forks, Winnipeg, MB to the Vancouver Christmas Market, BC to Granville Island, BC, to Gimli, MB and is now based on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. I still make all of the candles and bath and body products as I enjoy remaining a smaller business that employs myself while creating the highest of quality that comes with making small batches and taking care of each detail myself. After my move to Salt Spring Island in May 2023, the operating name of the company is switching over to Salt Spring Hartmont to more accurately reflect where products are made and reflect the creative integrity and skill that comes with my brand.

My candle making skills date back to the early 2000s and continue to grow and expand as new product lines and handcrafted skills are acquired that make the product lines even more unique and one of a kind. I am always looking to make each use of my products a wonderful experience and joy to have in your home. It is an honor that you choose to make me a part of your lives and I take that responsibility very seriously. This is not only reflected in my products but also in my customer service too. Hand made with love and with excellence is the best way to describe what I do. It is my greatest joy to be able to share my skills with my customers.
