Curtis’ journey into the culinary world began at a young age, working in his parents’ kitchen, where he helped prepare authentic Thai cuisine. This early exposure not only ignited his love for food but also sparked a fascination with the tools used to create it—knives.

The Cooking Guild started during the lockdown periods of 2019, with a modest investment from what remained of a meaningful gift from Curtis’ late sister. Driven by a vision to revolutionize the knife industry, Curtis set out to design and produce premium, uniquely crafted knives that would stand apart from anything the market had ever seen.
