We are a criminal, traffic, and DUI defense firm located in the Greater Cleveland area serving all of Northeast Ohio. The high level of importance we place on client communication is another example of how we raise the bar on what clients should expect when hiring an attorney for their legal issues. The firm's founding partner, Robert Botnick, launched the firm in 2012 after serving as an assistant prosecuting attorney for 7 years. During those years he found his comfort zone in the courtroom and continues to use the trial skills he developed there as he champions the accused in federal, state, and municipal courts. Managing partner, Abby Botnick, brings with her 15+ years of civil litigation experience. Although not a background in criminal law, her ability to advocate for clients through brief writing and her detail to organization and systems is what gives the firm its advantage over the competition. In addition to representing clients on current legal matters, we also believe in providing a fresh start to those whose criminal records have held them back for years . . . even decades. The firm's post-conviction practice, where we focus on expungements, sealing criminal records, and CQEs, helps us open doors to new opportunities for deserving individuals throughout the State of Ohio.
