That Was Easy AI
Germany, Berlin
That Was Easy AI was born in September 2024. Founder Noel Maurice had been interested for some time in the intersections of communication and tech; as well as working as a business communication trainer for over a decade, he launched the now defunct intelligent-chatbots.com back in 2017, but was frustrated by the programmatic aspect of chatbots at that time; with the explosion of LLMs like ChatGPT - followed on by Claude.ai, Microsoft's Copilot, Google's Gemini and the like - the possibility of truly intelligent chatbots came roaring back into focus.
Main Services
Now offering AI multilingual chatbots, Noel suddenly discovered AI voice agents, and their extraordinary abilities and potential.
That Was Easy AI ow has as its main focus AI voice agents, most notably with:
– AI automated courtesy calls and reservation confirmations for restaurants
– subscription reactivations for fitness centres and similar (in fact anywhere that offers subscriptions which run out at a certain point and may be reactivated)
– customer support for companies large and small – infinitely scalable – with the possibility of a hand-off to a human, the setting of appointments, and a knowledge base that includes customer history
– a system that offers automated, intelligent and SEO-conscious blog content, translation and automated posting to social media channels.
…with more to come!
Noel Maurice wrote a book entitled “AI for Small Businesses in 2024 – A Beginner’s Guide (with over 250 prompts) which is available on Amazon and has helped to establish him as a go-to expert on AI automations for business, with a particular focus on communication.
That Was Easy AI is dedicated to making AI easy and accessible to everyone. We are also very interested in the field of Ethical AI, and aware of the need to make sure that AI, as it grows and becomes both more powerful and ever more intertwined with our daily lives (both business and private), serves humankind’s best interests.
The company is based in Berlin, Germany, but not only works with clients globally; we’re also very much a global company in the sense that our office is a hybrid remote set-up; with our head of development in Kenya, our business development manager from Mauritius; and fledgling sales offices in Oxford, UK; Los Angeles, USA; and Sydney, Australia (watch this space!).
