Sunshine Coast Judo Club Inc.

We offer a one-week FREE trial, and classes are run during the public school terms. We welcome all ages from 5 years old to veterans, offering training for beginners to the experienced judoka. Sunshine Coast Judo’s mission is to cater for all students and their needs.

There is a common misconception about Judo that it is just a martial art about only throws or takedowns. Judo is about maximum efficiency with minimum effort with that being said learning Judo, you will learn Throws or Takedowns, Holddowns, Strangles or Chokes, Armbars, Counters and combinations, as well as the values of Judo on how they apply to the sport and life in general.
