We will take care of the building control process and organise the SBEM calculations, the air pressure tests, the part L compliance and the energy performance certificates required for your completion certificate.
Our experienced team of structural engineers and civil engineer will design the foundations and steel frame building specific for your location.
SSB will provide the health & safety control onsite to ensure you as the client is protected and aware of your duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 to ensure your project runs smoothly.
Once works have started onsite Springfield Steel Buildings will construct the foundations, install the foul & surface water drainage, supply and install the steel frame, install the cladding system, fit out the building internals, provide and install the electrics, plumbing and air-conditioning, advise on green technology to make your building reduce Co2.
