As a Psychotherapist, Karen helps clients navigate a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships & life transitions, grief and those facing difficult situations. These provide an opportunity to relax and explore ways to feel centered and understand the body, mind, spirit connection. You may be storing grief or past trauma in the body you aren’t aware of and now is the perfect opportunity to release it. All levels of Reiki certification are offered.
