Slab Artisan Fudge differs from mass produced fudge in that it is made lovingly by hand in small batches.
The result? A unique fudge with a distinctive flavour and texture – creamy, rich and unctuous.

From humble beginnings experimenting with fudge recipes in our little kitchen on the Isle of Wight, we have gone on to develop an extensive, mouthwateringly delicious range of fudge – including an impressive, award winning vegan range.

Using closely guarded recipes, Slab now operates in what we call our “depot”. Fudge is lovingly cooked and stirred in huge pans and then handworked using only natural flavourings and the finest add- ins to create unparalleled creaminess and authenticity.

We delight in finding fun and delicious new flavours to create. With over 30 permanent options to choose from plus regular limited editions, we’re able to use classic, historic fudge-making techniques whilst keeping an eye on the latest trends. Sea-Salted Caramel and Bis Scoff certainly went down well last year!

Sustainability is an important ethos for us, so our next priority is for our packaging to be sustainable. Rest assured that whilst sinking your teeth into a Slab you can also feel pretty good about the fact that our sleeves are fully recyclable and our plant-based “plastic” bags will compost in landfill. Our packing fill and all our gift boxes are recyclable too. Win for the planet!
