Located on Amelia Island at Fernandina Beach, this is one of the most scenic skydive centers in the US. Flying the Florida beachline and jumping over the Amelia Island coastline can’t be beat anywhere. Skydive Amelia Island is the closest skydive facility near Jacksonville Florida. The airport is approximately a 45 min. scenic drive from downtown Jacksonville to Amelia Island. Our clients come from George, the Florida panhandle and from as far as Orlando and beyond. We have plenty of legacy visitors that make it a tradition to celebrate special occasions with an island skydive. Weather it’s one and done or a monthly therapy, skydive on the Florida coast can’t be beat.

We specialize in first time jumpers with no experience. No crazy classes, no training required. All you have to do is sign up, show up and we will take care of the rest. Everything is included to ensure a safe and enjoyable skydive. You may add an optional HD video and/or Photo package to share with your friends.

Skydiving is the ultimate human experience and can only be described as awesome! Don’t worry about the fear, everyone is afraid right up to the jump door. Your adrenaline will take you out of the airplane and into nirvana. We offer a spectator area for the less motivated to watch and enjoy the skydive from the safety of terra-firma. Bring grandma and the kids to take part in your extreme idea of a good time. The whole process should only take an hour or so but plan on a few extra hours as needed for weather delays. Florida skydiving weather can be challenging so be prepared to be flexible.

Our Instructors and aircraft are certified by the USPA (uspa.org) and operate under current US FAA regulations. Parachutes and skydiving equipment are inspected and certified by FAA certified Senior and Master Riggers.
