We specialise in carrot, sweet potato, butternut and especially muslim bean pies. These pies are sweet and custard like but wholesome, a traditional favorite especially with Nation of Islam (NOI).
Our pies are all natural ingredients, Bean Pies made from Navy Beans, vanilla, brown sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon and a little nutmeg. The main ingredient in bean pie are Navy Beans – these small white beans can lower your cholesterol, and are high in protein and fibre.
