However, we have found that the process of getting great designs built is frustrating and underwhelming for clients due to the disconnected way that the construction industry traditionally works.

We created Scroxton & Scroxton, the architect and the builder, to offer a holistic approach to designing and building homes in and around Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire. Our Architects design you the perfect home and our builders make sure that it is constructed to the highest quality while ensuring that you budget is carefully managed to deliver great value. We take you from conception through to handing over your finished home, and we ensure that both budgets and quality are tracked throughout.

Originally a Practice of Architects, Scroxton & Scroxton was formed as a separate business to specialise and focus on residential projects, developing a seamless way of working within the building industry that strips away the wasted time created by traditional procurement processes.

By including our builder at the very start of the process, we put you and what you would like to achieve back at the centre of your project, and minimise the stress caused by dealing with multiple parties or hidden and inflated construction costs.
