Robinson Grace HR Consultancy began in 2011 as a sole trader at a kitchen table, offering agile and affordable HR support to SMEs and not-for-profit organisations. Today, Robinson Grace HR Consultancy is an established team of 13 HR and Health and Safety professionals that each add value in their own way from their previous experiences and who are committed to continuing to offer the agile and affordable support that the consultancy was created to provide.
Our client base is diverse, with organisations from a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, construction, creative arts and not-for-profits who engage with us either to support their existing HR function on an on-demand or ongoing basis, or to act as the HR function for their teams. Our smallest client employees just 3 people within the construction equipment industry, whereas our largest client is a multi-academy trust that employees more than 600 people.
The legalities around people management can be complex and hard to navigate for small businesses, so it is our goal to keep our advice simple and straightforward so that business owners can stay compliant and stay focused on the wellbeing of their employees. It is not our role to tell small business owners what they can and can’t do, which is why we never say ‘you can’t do that’. We will explore the options available with them, and ensure they understand the risks associated with each, so that they can remain in control of their own business and make the best decisions for their business and their employees.
As well as providing the standard HR services required by most organisations such as support with recruitment, employee relations, administration and legal compliance, we continuously listen to the needs of our clients and explore cost-effective solutions for them to ensure business success through supporting their workforce.
