Rise Studios is a well established Dance and Performing Arts School in Watford and Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. It has been running since 2002.

Rise Studios offer classes in all aspects of the performing arts. From ballet, tap, modern and contemporary. To street dance, Hip Hop, drama, singing and Musical Theatre.
Students get the opportunity to perform at local events throughout the year. Exams are offered twice a year in dance and drama. Their bi-annual Summer show takes place at the Watford Palace Theatre, Watford, Hertfordshire.
Rise Studios offers two Summer schools each year. One is Musical Theatre and the other is a Professional Dance Week, for any budding dancers out there. There are also often themed Half term workshops. Check the Holiday Camp page on their website for details of those.
Adult Classes
Rise Studios offers award winning adult dance classes, which are a great way to keep fit and meet like-minded people. There is a great atmosphere and sense of camaraderie in the classes. There are even class Whats App groups for those that wish to join and feel a real sense of community! Classes from ballet to hip hop take place in the evenings, for both beginners and experienced dancers. There are a range of ages from 18 to 70 years old!
Exams
Rise Studios have a 100% pass rate in all Dance and Drama exams. The majority of students gain Merits and Distinctions, from Primary to Intermediate level.
Past students have gone on to train at Laine Theatre Arts, Arts Educational, Urdang Academy and Stage Works Studios amongst others!
The Principal
Claire Munday, the principal of Rise, was a Laine Theatre Arts Graduate and professional dancer for over 10 years.
