With over 30 years of experience as a chef working at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe and Oregon State University as well as ten years of experience as an owner/ operator of a successful restaurant, which he sold in 2016, Jim has firsthand knowledge of the ins and outs of the restaurant industry. He also holds fifteen years of experience working as a consultive foodservice salesman for leading national companies.
