Renes is owned by cousins, Tiffany Moore and Amanda Parkinson.

Tiffany joined the business 10 years ago following a successful banking career in London. Tiffany’s passion is embedded in Renes reputation, customer service and keeping the family business alive.
The past few years have certainly presented a few challenges which Tiffany has skillfully adapted to with determination and successfully overcome!

Amanda has worked in the family business all of her life and she has vast experience in fashion, retail and customer service. If you want to feel like a million dollars in the clothes you buy, Amanda will help you do just that.

Tiffany and Amanda pride themselves on customer service and managing an experienced team, offering a warm welcome and friendly personal shopping service. Personalised style advice is second nature to the Renes team.

Renes has a customer feedback process and on a daily basis the “we value your opinion” cards are completed with exceptional comments and praise for the consistent high quality of service given to each and every valued Renes customer. This is also consolidated by the long term loyalty of many Renes customers, who have shopped at this family business for many years!

The pandemic saw Renes make a rapid entrance to the online world of retail with an e-commerce website being built supported by social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Linked in, Twitter, not to mention TikTok where viral reach of almost 30million was achieved across the world during lockdown!

Our clothing collections include Joseph Ribkoff, Gerry Weber, Marc Cain, Nu Denmark and French Connection to name just a few! We stock jeans from designers
including NYDJ, Liverpool Jeans and Suzy D. Our Elie Beaumont bag collection is extensive and we stock accessories from Sabbot, Libby Loves and Pilgrim Jewellery.

With new arrivals every week there is so much choice which is ever changing! Tiffany and Amanda keep abreast of new trends and collections with regular buying trips.

Tiffany and Amanda are proud to employ a team from the local area, contributing to the thriving independent business community in Lancaster. They are supporters of the local Business Improvement District organisation for Lancaster,
regularly getting involved with the high street activities organised by the BID promoting Lancaster not only as a visitor destination but also a thriving shopping area for the local community. Renes is also a member of the local Lancaster and District
Chamber of Commerce, actively playing a part alongside almost 400 other local businesses in the Chamber membership striving for and supporting growth in the local business community and ultimately the economy of North Lancashire.

They are also frequent supporters of local charities, holding a number of Fashion Shows and events throughout the year to raise much needed funds for worthy causes.

Tiffany and Amanda are also very aware of supporting the future workforce of North Lancashire. Tiffany has regular involvement with the Management School of Lancaster University through the MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation programme
suppporting students not only with her wealth of knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship and running a retail business, but also by offering local students a shopping discount too!
