Mother of three children, I have decided to change the course of my life when my husband and life partner for twenty five years, passed away at the age of 43.
Reishi & Health is a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company with a line of Reishi Mushroom based herbal blended teas to benefit mind and body. We call our tea “Tea with Benefits” as our founding goal has been to aid our customers’ health and wellness through medicinal tea blends and the act of taking time through the tea ritual. 
I started Reishi & Health because after years of treating patients, I determined there was an additional way to be impactful to their health and wellness and two years ago I dove deeper into the functional mushroom world. Functional mushrooms are types of fungi that are heralded for health benefits beyond their nutritional compositions. My interest expanded to grow functional organic ingredients as a natural way to promote health and longevity as another layer to the care I was providing my patients. I wanted to build healthcare solutions from nature that are organic with the benefits from our earth and free from chemicals, preservatives and artificial flavorings. Reishi Mushrooms are one of the most beneficial mushrooms for our health but unlike other mushrooms, the taste can be strong so I have formulated herbal blended Reishi Mushroom teas that allow for enhanced performance as well as a great tasting experience. 
I make six different blends of functional teas with our Reishi Mushrooms and the best combination of organic natural herbs and each blend has its particular health properties with no additives, no sugars and no artificial flavoring. 
My products are unique in their formulation and there are few companies offering the delivery mechanism and flavor profiles with doctor-informed wellness formulation that Reishi & Health provides.
Reishi and Health is the project in which today I am  focusing all my energy with the purpose of still helping people but now through promoting organic and real food
