I am the owner and my name is Chip Holden. I grew up in Greensboro, NC and graduated from Smith High School and have a music degree from the University of the Cumberland’s in Williamsburg, Kentucky (formally known as Cumberland College during my attendance). I had a great career in Church Music Ministry leading and teaching choirs of all ages and playing the keyboards. Radiance Glow Hard Surface Cleaning is a company I started from the ground up. We are not a franchise and our goal is quality work, not how many jobs we can do in a day and how fast they can be done. Taking a project that needs some tender loving care, and then standing back to look at the beauty that it was meant to have is one of the rewards in this business, and we have done many projects and have made many customers happy.
We have served over 700 customers since the beginning. We concentrate on residential homes and small businesses. The business began mainly as tile and grout cleaning and has expanded to stone cleaning, wood floor cleaning and other hard surfaces as well as carpet cleaning. We offer two types of carpet cleaning, hot water extraction using a Rotovac 360i which cleans 30% better than the regular carpet cleaning wand, and carpet encapsulation (low moisture cleaning), and the carpet will be dry within the hour. Radiance Glow also offers upholstery cleaning, deck cleaning, shower cleaning. We have restored hard surface tile and stone floors and applied clear professional coatings for protection and enhancement.
