Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co. – A Jam Renaissance.

Not just jam. Not just preserves. We’re redefining flavour, one jar at a time.

In a world drowning in sugar, sameness, and shortcuts, we’re here to make jam about clarity.

At Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co., we don’t blend in on a supermarket shelf. We don’t cut corners with cheap ingredients or fake flavours. And we definitely don’t think jam is just for breakfast.

We believe food is love—and jam should be real, bold, and unforgettable.

The Real Difference? It’s in the Jar—and the Heart Behind It.

Nestled along the Murray River in Echuca–Moama, Australia, we’re not just making jam; we’re crafting memories. This place isn’t just where we work—it’s who we are. It’s where fruit tastes like fruit, where the seasons matter, and where neighbours still wave at each other.

Our preserves are hand-crafted in small batches in our purpose-built kitchen. Each jar is packed with 75% real fruit—often double the fruit content of supermarket jams. Less sugar. No junk. Just 100% Australian-grown produce bursting with flavour.

Flavours with Soul

We don’t chase trends or pump out new products for the market’s sake. Every jar starts with one question: What would be delicious and worth sharing?

From classics like Strawberry Jam and Seville Orange Marmalade to bold creations like Cherry & Vanilla Rum, Raspberry & Coconut, and Red Currant & Red Onion Relish, every flavour we create is meaningful, layered, and unforgettable.

This Isn’t Just a Jam Company. It’s a Flavour Movement.

Our customers aren’t just consumers. They’re cooks, gifters, brunch lovers, and cheeseboard curators. They care about quality, craft, and connection.

Our jams find their way to Christmas tables, wedding hampers, farmers markets, and cheeseboards across the country. They’re eaten by the spoonful by those who know the difference between mass-produced and made-with-love.

From Kitchen to Icon

Our founder, Tim Harley, didn’t start this as a grand business plan. He started it in his home kitchen—with a saucepan, quinces, and a belief that homemade is still the best-made.

That belief turned into a brand. That brand became a multi-award-winning preserve company. And even as we’ve grown, we’ve stayed true to our roots—tasting every batch and writing every label ourselves.

Because when your name is on the jar, every detail matters.

What Makes Us Different?

  • 100% Australian Fruit: Local produce, grown under the Aussie sun, not shipped from overseas.
  • 75% Real Fruit: Double the fruit, less sugar, and full-on flavour.
  • No Junk, No Shortcuts: No preservatives or additives. Just real food.
  • Small-Batch Craftsmanship: Handmade in our custom-built kitchen in Moama.
  • Original Flavours: Cherry & Vanilla Rum, Raspberry & Coconut—crafted with care, never gimmicks.
  • A Brand with Heart: Honest, warm, and a little cheeky—we write like we speak.
  • Rooted in Community: We’re not just a business; we’re part of the Echuca–Moama community.

A Few Sweet Facts:

  • We’re named after the quince—the unsung hero of incredible jellies.
  • Our first flavour? Spiced Quince Jelly, of course.
  • We’ve won Gold, Silver, and Bronze at Australia’s top food awards.
  • Our most loyal fans? The ones who tried us at a farmers market and now ship our jams across Australia every Christmas.

What’s Next?

We’re not trying to become the biggest jam company in Australia. We’re here to be the most loved.

Our mission is to help people rediscover flavour, to turn simple moments like toast into rituals, and to remind everyone that what you spread on your bread matters—not just for the taste but for the people and places it represents.

This isn’t just jam.

This is Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves Co.

Made slowly. Made proudly. Made for those who still believe food is love.
