PHPKB software is offered as a self-hosted (on-premise) and cloud-hosted (SaaS) license. Customers have the option to select from Standard and Enterprise Editions. Multi-Language support is also available for both types of licenses. Enterprise Edition comes with LDAP Integration and is also offered with SQL Server as the database backend. Apart from that, there are features like Version Control, Version Comparison, Article Locking, Event Log, and REST API that are exclusive to the enterprise editions.
