As a self-proclaimed netball enthusiast, I know how important it is to feel comfortable and confident during that time of the month. But let’s be real, periods can be a real struggle, especially when you’re growing up.

That’s why I’m on a mission to make sure my sisters have a better experience than I did. And I’m not alone in this – my dad Carlos, who’s a musician and father of five (including me), is right by my side. Together, we’re based in Auckland, New Zealand, and we’re determined to make positive changes in our lives, our family’s lives, and our community.
