OUR LEADERSHIP
Andrews’s career has spanned over 25 years in both the NZ and Australian Building and Construction industry. He has held executive positions in a number of leading Australasian trade suppliers including PlaceMakers, Carters, Stratco, Mitre 10 Trade and Laser Plumbing and Electrical. He has extensive track record of creating and growing successful profitable trade businesses with a particular focus on builders, plumbers and electricians.

With extensive working knowledge of franchise, cooperative ownership models, trade contractor businesses and with a clear vision and direction Andrew stepped away from corporate life to pursue his dreams of entrepreneurship. The outcome was the creation of a national plumbing and electrical member franchise called PERL, borne with a distinct vision and clear direction. Andrew identified that to achieve sustained long-term growth and success PERL needed to set a vastly better level of trust and customer experience than was currently the norm by committing to becoming a business renowned not just for its performance but revered in its reputation to delight through its customer driven service, its values (Fair, Down to Earth, Honest, Trusted, Family Values) and the integrity in the way it operated.
