I am a small town business that has grown from a hobby I started after retiring from a Worldwide retailer for 25 years. I am driven by the passion to create your personalized items and to do things right.
I have a wide variety of products to choose from, and more added frequently. I refuse to send out any creation that is not 100% made per the customer’s request and specifications. Understand, some requests are not possible without sacrificing the quality of the finished product. If this occurs, you will be made aware and your consent is given before we would continue. I will handle your product as if it were my own. All orders are important to us regardless of size.
Our customer service is second to none. I want my customers to be happy with all their products.
Items are shipped as soon as they are created. Mulitple products require a longer period of time to complete and get ready for shipment. Some things are beyond my control, such as shipping times. Once the item arrives at the shipping facility, it is then handled and deliver at their discretion.
