Although we are standard painters and decorators, we try to specialise in different types of painting and decorating and specialise in hand painting and spraying kitchen cabinets and installing Lincrusta, as well as standard wallpapers. I try and set the business apart from other decorating types of companies by offering quality over prices. So my systems are setup to provide quality looking quotations, social media and ongoing 5 star reviews. Our work speaks for itself and I have a team who are highly experienced and pleasant to work in people’s homes, can get on with clients etc…. It’s difficult to find quality tradesmen/women with the experience I need to generate more business. Tried the training route, but it’s early starts every day and a bit too much for the younger generation although I’m sure they’re out there.
