They enjoyed helping sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals. In 2007 Michael was inducted into the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of REALTORS® as a designated Certified Residential Specialist (top 1% in the United States). In 2006 the market began to shift and Anna & Michael shifted with the market and began helping distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure through the short sale vessel. We helped hundreds of people avoid foreclosure this brought us much experience and enjoyment in helping all of our customers/clients in many different scenarios.
Later we started selling Bank Owned Properties for a few financial institutions and gained a customer base of investors during this time. We were referring our investors to several property managers and come to find out some of them weren’t getting the service they deserved. So in 2013, we decided to look into property management and Anna became our property manager while we were at a large brokerage. in 2015 we made the wise decision to open Nevada Desert Realty & Property Management in Henderson, NV. Anna looked long and hard for the perfect building and location for our office space. And she certainly found an amazing location in 89002. We have great freeway exposure with our electric sign and tons of traffic pass by our office from such communities as Palm Hills, Mission Hills, Paradise Hills, and more off of Horizon Ridge Parkway.
Since opening Nevada Desert Realty we’ve had the absolute pleasure to have some really great agents come and join our office. You’ll see our branded signs all over the Henderson & Boulder City real estate markets. Our investor portfolio of rental properties is scattered through Henderson, Boulder City, and Las Vegas with about 75% of it here in Henderson.
