We specialise in helping women over 50 and people with chronic pain. We are the only dedicated Pilates studio in Cheltenham that offers small group, tailored classes. Our classes have a maximum of 4 people per class, so you get personalised attention to help you improve your technique and achieve your goals. Our team of highly qualified and experienced instructors are here to help you get results.

We offer over 40 classes a week and are open every day. All new clients start with a one-on-one Consultation session. In this session we complete a full posture and movement assessment, so we know exactly where you’re starting from and what your goals and needs are. Based on this session we’ll recommend which of our classes are the best place to start.

For complete beginners our 360 – Studio Pilates classes are a great introduction to Pilates. Also known as Clinical Pilates, these sessions are limited to just 3 people and each person is given their own tailored program based on their needs and goals. We adjust the sessions to not only long-term goals but how you’re feeling on the day. Whether your muscles are sore from lots of gardening on the weekend or that old injury flared up we can change our focus to these more immediate needs whilst still focusing on your long-term goals.

If you’ve done Pilates before, or have no current injuries or issues, our group classes will give you a great full-body workout. These classes are capped at 4 people per class and are a general class for everyone. But, because there’s only 4 people, we can still give tailor the class to give you specific cues, options, or modifications, based on your level or movement restrictions. We’ll always give you an exercise option that you can achieve whilst challenging you so you get strong or increase your range of motion.

Our RFR – Reformer Pilates classes take all our years of experience to create a dynamic but tailored class that will challenge you. Reformer Pilates is the most popular form of group Pilates classes because the reformer both challenges you and supports you at the same time. Whilst we love Reformer Pilates, it’s not the only form of Pilates and isn’t always the best for everyone. Which is why we also offer our signature TWR – Tower Pilates classes. These classes use our Pilates Towers to give you a unique class unlike anything you’ve done before. With lots of standing work included, Tower Pilates is more functional than Reformer Pilates as many of the movements are more like things we do in daily life. And we incorporate our whole body vibration Hypervibe machines into our Tower Pilates classes. Whole body vibration has many benefits. It improves bone density, balance, flexibility, circulation, and strength. It reduces pain, cellulite, weight, stress, and tightness.

Our founder and owner, Lou is the only Level 3 Neuro Studio Practitioner in Australia. Her unique brain-based approach to movement gets her clients results. Whatever your goal, Lou will tailor your program to your brain’s unique response. Having been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome herself, Lou understands the impact chronic conditions can have on your life. She’s an expert at helping people manage chronic pain and works with people with complex conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury and Neuropathy. Lou is also a certified McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR)Practitioner. Scars can impact us both physically and emotionally. If you have chronic pain or movement issues, scar release treatment can be the missing piece of the puzzle. As well as her regularly scheduled classes, Lou offers one-on-one Private Pilates sessions in the Cheltenham studio and online via Zoom.
